Why like to coach/Soccer experience: I’ve played soccer since I was 6 years old and still haven’t stopped. I have played on rec teams before I started playing for club teams, such as Campton United and Tri-Cities Travel. I played in high school and made varsity as a freshman. Then I went to play at Waubonsee Community College in Sugar Grove IL for two years. Accomplished winning conference two years in a row, regionals once, 2nd team all-conference, and captain. From there I transferred to Clarke University in Dubuque IA.
This is my second year of coaching, last year I was the volunteer assistant coach for the women’s soccer team at Clarke University and this year I am the graduate assistant for the men’s soccer team at Dakota Wesleyan University.
Soccer has given me so much throughout my life and I want to give back to the sport. That’s why I want to coach. I want to teach people what I have learned through soccer and I want to help them grow as an individual.
